These springs along with the Bump Spring Caps (sold separately) will rest on the shock shaft and the Heim and shock body will compress the spring. Commonly used to create a progressive spring combination. Also can be used for vehicles with extremely light main spring rates and the race vehicle will then rest constantly on the Bump Spring at race speeds.
